bacon beer dip

i made this for a girls night that i hosted at my house over the weekend. i think everyone really enjoyed it(i drank a little too much so i'm not quite sure lol)! its super simple and can be made in advance!

1 package cream cheese, softened (i always used 1/3 less fat)
1/4 cup beer
1 tbsp ranch dip packet mix
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
With a mixer, beat together cream cheese, dip mix and beer until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled with pretzels.
